This notice covers the erlyv8 website at erlyv8.app and the builder early access list. It does not cover the erlyv8 studio that builders use with their buyers; each builder gives its buyers its own notice.
Who is responsible
Ancile Strategy Group Inc. runs erlyv8 and this website, and is responsible for the information collected here.
What we collect
- The work email address you enter in the early access form.
- The consent wording shown beside the form when you submitted it, and the date.
- If you unsubscribe, the date you did, so we do not email you again.
Nothing else. The website does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and the material choices you make on the page stay in your browser.
Why
Only to email you about builder early access to erlyv8. We do not sell your email address or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is kept
The early access list is stored in Canada (Montréal) by our database provider, Supabase. The website is hosted by Vercel, a United States company; its request logs can include your IP address, and information handled by a provider in the United States may be accessible to authorities under United States law.
How long
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, and delete it once we no longer need it for early access.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email we send, or on our unsubscribe page. Signing up again later starts a new consent.
To see what we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it, email info@erlyv8.app and we will answer within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
